As a couples’ therapist and a fellow human I know what it means to feel frustrated and hopeless at times. It is often frightening to look deeper. Couples want to feel safe and connected, but life and personal experiences have a way of making this very complicated. Couples’ work is an emotional journey. Whether you need a good listener, a sounding board, or a challenge, I am here for you to address your unique situation. FAMILY COUNSELING
Families can be complicated. Multiple people and multiple relationships are not easy to juggle. All of us bring baggage (good or bad) from our family of origin to our new family. As a family therapist, I offer a safe and warm environment with the overall goal to help you move forward on a new path with new skills and healthier interactions. I am here to listen and encourage you, as well as to guide all involved family members in emotional sharing and constructive conversations to conquer the issues that have made you sad and frustrated.
